Sadly it appears many of us are on an unexpected "corona-cation".... others are working increased hours... and we all are expected to do social distancing. Not only are we all forced to face all the unknowns and unexpected outside stressors, but being isolated can open up a whole new challenge with our inner struggles and can steal our peace. This unique challenge can be a good opportunity to work on these anxiety/depressive triggers, relationship/communication challenges, defeating beliefs, "thinking traps" or ANTs (automatic negative thoughts). Dealing with internal stressors can sometimes be much harder than the outside ones, as they can be a bit harder to escape. Please remember I am here and I am happy to help and support you with any of these challenges. I am only a click away.
Also an interesting positive side effect, in such a tragic and challenging season, is many people are starting to appreciate things that were not even on their radar before all this occurred. Thank goodness our technology is helping us to stay connected with our friends and loved ones. Hopefully you can get outdoors during your "corona-cation". So your challenge ... if you choose to accept this mission... send me a picture of something beautiful while you are in Montana's beautiful outdoors... that is if of course if you go outdoors! :) Otherwise... take a picture or share something you are very grateful for that was not even on your radar before all this craziness occurred. Take care and stay well, Jennifer
